INFOCENTER is a licensed VET Centre. We keep a wide network of qualified vocational trainers of adults who are influencing the design, development, and quality of VET systems throughout Bulgaria and Europe. Our mission is to contribute to local sustainable development by meeting local needs of training and facilitating the interaction of groups to develop innovative approaches to development.

To achieve these we target a variety of groups in partnership with local, national and international institutions and authorities. As a member of the LEADER Local Action Group of the territory we promote any kind of entrepreneurship, including tourism development. Since 2001, together with Tryavna Municipality, we have been developing a database of guest-houses, hotels and places of interest in the region and a web site to promote them (www.gotryavna.bg) thus supporting more than 200 old and young rural entrepreneurs.

We are experienced in the former Leonardo and Grundtvig projects and national Human Resource Development projects, as well as in the development of ICT-based training programs and materials. For the last more than 7 years we have been working in collaboration with more than 40 European institutions to contribute to the improvement of our VET systems. To assure quality of VET trainings we use the quality principles of EQAVET (European qualification assurance system).

Our staff has been involved in national work groups to develop qualification standards in vocational qualification. Along with our trainers we have developed more than 30 vocational qualification programs and training materials which we use while training our adult learners. We teach entrepreneurship as part of our vocational training programs, as well as a separate training and we strive to improve the service and make it much more accessible and attractive.

Infocenter is a training service provider, accredited and authorized by the National Vocational Education and Training Agency, as well as the Employment Agency.
